This grant proposal is written for Giles County Animal Rescue, a nonprofit organization in Giles County, Virginia. Although the grant was written for a Grant Proposals and Reports course, the project involved extensive research into actual funders and into Gile County's funding needs.
This project involved creating a standard operating procedure for Virginia Tech Television. I chose to focus on how to upload videos to YouTube, which is a frequent task within the station.
This project was a creative and fun assignment designed to focus on a single user's needs (in this case, a fictional person named Armando's Mom). The information is presented to meet the need of this user, and was written to reflect the familiar context of mother and son. I used DITA to develop a print and web version of the document.
